Thalas, The city of black sea

Thalas is a bustling city full of ongoing trades and businesses. It has a gate that leads to the Empire of Death, ruled by the Goddess of Death, Mors. Thalas is located along the coastal area of the Empire of Death, as such, it is frequented by creatures from foreign lands which have come to trade for goods. As there are no laws that govern the city of Thalas, crime is rampant and there are crooks up any and every alleyway in Thalas.
