Morsus, The Empire of Death

This empire is ruled by the Goddess of Death, Mors.
Mors is a merciless god who does not care for the pain and suffering
the monsters and demons which reside there have to go through.
There are no laws that govern the Empire of Death, as such, violence
and crimes are common in the Empire of Death. This has left its
inhabitants in constant fear, sorrow, and agonizing pain.
